This is my 7th year at Cherry Valley teaching 2nd grade. I  taught Preschool and Kindergarten in another District for 3 years. I love teaching in Duvall, working with the parents here and enjoying merchants in the area.

My husband, Bob, and I celebrated our 35th Wedding Anniversary this summer with a week at Roche Harbor in the San Juans. It was a beautiful place to visit and look forward to going back to the area sometime.

We have 3 grown sons. They have all moved to other areas but we are in contact daily by phone and get together as often as possible. My oldest son, Chad, lives in Portland and is attending school for landscaping design.

Trent, our second son, lives in San Francisco and recently started practicing law with Hanson & Bridgett Law Firm in the city. His fiance, Laura, is also an attorney. They will be getting married Oct. 4, 2008.

Our youngest son, Chase, has been married almost a year and lives in Denver with his wife, Rachel. He is going to school to earn a physics degree and has plans to transfer to Oakland where he wants to continue with a master/Doctorate in Physics. Rachel works for a non-profit organization and travels around the country training college students.

We have a dog named Melia. She is our pride and joy and a very spoiled little girl. She is a pure bred Shih Tzu and almost 4 years old.
