Homework
Homework has two goals:
1) Drill and Practice of skills that need daily attention in small amounts to master. We will set individual assignments at goal setting conference time.

M-Th Spelling ( Individual spelling lists are tested Friday) |

M-Th 5 minutes daily practice of math facts (based on weekly testing and mastery of skills) |

Daily Reading (to reach weekly AR goals) |
|
Occasional Parent Partner assignment (due one week later) |
2) Weekly projects that focus on more complicated concepts and benefit from interaction with a family member.
