Cherry Valley Elementary and CV PTA are pleased to introduce you to a one-stop planning system now online for Cherry Valley Parents! We plan to send out school information online instead of sending home multiple flyers of information.

Parent Organizer is a powerful web-based communications tool. It saves time, money and improves information flow by integrating email, web site and interactive forms. This powerful communication system is FREE to all Cherry Valley families. New school information will be added every week such as field trips, school events, and much much more!

If you're like most parents, you're juggling several different calendars and filling out endless forms - one for the kids, one for sports teams, and one on the refrigerator. But as great as that system might be, it won't remind you via email when something is due, to register for a sports program, or give you a heads-up weeks ahead of time so things don't inadvertently fall through the cracks.

With Parent Organizer, you customize and personalize the program to meet your family's unique planning needs - a few easy clicks and you've set the system up. You input all your key information once and eliminate filling out all those manual forms. You complete a secure password system for approval of all those forms, can be reminded by email about organizations and activities that are your priorities, and can even secure online payments you want to use for field trips, tuition, or other routine fees.

It's a one stop planning system. Parent Organizer then tracks the information from the school, the after school programs, even the ever-changing sports schedule (sports teams and other organizations can sign up to be apart of this program) - and automatically updates your personal Family Organizer Calendar every day! It will even email reminders to you at work if you would like.
